I am still waiting for my refund

I am still waiting for my refund. I had sourced an alternative supplier for my rangefinder, a discount for which is no longer on offer, so I am already out of pocket. Can you please confirm the refund has been actioned.

I have emailed asking for advice re returns and received no response in weeks. I have sent a return to you and received no acknowledgment in a week. Poor service

Brilliant marvel golf balls

Brilliant. Last minute Christmas gifts bought, great choice on the website of golf balls, marvel specific. Partner loved the golf balls. They are brilliant. Also got a t-shirt very cheap but great quality. Would recommend. Also everything delivered next day even though I didn't pay for next day.

Problem placing order

Problem placing order, no acknowledgement , order came, packet broken open and 1 item missing. Had to return at my cost.Not happy

Fake shop!

I had an order #OGDE-01715642 from 29/11/20 and until today 28/12/20 I have not received anything, I wrote emails and there is no feedback. Until now I can belive it's a FAKE SHOP and I would like to share and warning to all consumer about this. Please STAY AWAY from Onlinegolf.

Cannot contact at all ordered golf…

Cannot contact at all ordered golf clubs for my sons birthday paid for next working day delivery heard nothing can't ring, chat never available and emails unanswered clubs should be here today not even been dispatched yet

Poor Service

Nothing wrong with the goods. However made the purchase before 5 with next day delivery (paid) only to get my goods 2 days later. Email send to aftersales with no response.

SENT WRONG SIZE

sent the wrong size despite agreeing the order was correct- still waiting for correct replacement so missed wife's birthday. Refused to send correct size till the wrong one was received back, will think twice about using again

Quick delivery

Quick delivery, shame the postage bag had golf online on it , which sparked questions ........thought would have been in plain bag for two reasons ...one .ease of someone in house not knowing about Christmas present......and two .advertising to courier / anyone passing door to see parcel and pinch it ..which does happen
